50 shades of .... white

Well, 3 different finishes of white to be precise....

Recently completed job in Lowdham. The job was what I would term a 'level 1' redecoration where the overall condition was good and it wasn't long since it was originally renovated and painted after build. However, the paint was thick on the walls nd the overall effect was rough and bumpy on close inspection.

Thorough preparation using the amazing Mirka Leros system over the walls and ceiling left a very smooth finish after filling duties were taken care of using Toupret's excellent fillers. The woodwork was keyed using the Mirka Deros hand held sander and all dust removed with the Wooster dust eater and tack cloths. Finally, trim was caulked and then I used Tikkurila's amazing Anti Reflex2 ceiling paint, Everal 10 Trim paint and Optiva 5 on the walls.

So, even when a room looks like a quick turnaround, there are still a number of processes to do to ensure the best and most superior of finishes - no such thing as a 'quick lick of paint' if you want it done properly! But it was still done in 2 1/2 days.....
